    I am starting a project to redraw and animate all of the characters from the Original Trilogy. I’m using the Andy Rash pixel art as a starting point and working from there. Here are the first couple test Characters I have made. I use my gameframe on the 30 sec setting so these will be designed around that timing. I hope to finish 2 to 3 per day.

    Genius! Just a suggestion — I find objects looks good centered vertically, but characters often look best with their feet on the lowest row of pixels. Looking forward to this set!

    I moved the yoda down to the bottom. I agree, it does look better. Thanks!

    Today is a 2 in 1. It took a bit longer than I expected.

    Here was the first shot I made Wideshot

    After that shot was made, I used it to make the 16×16 cuts to fit the frame.

    Edit: I figured out how to edit posts. The fixed zip file is now on this post. Not sure why but once you leave the page you cannot edit posts unless you go to forums/reply/post#/edit

    Edit: Here is the finished R2D2 animation.

    I started messing with a GNK and came up with this, but no animation yet.

    Wasn’t planning on doing anything with this but was seeing if I could make scenes with the ships. Here is a test of the speeder, but works alright in the gameframe. Was trying to see how close I could get movie scenes within the 16×16 limitation.
