Nice animation! I found gifmaker a bit limited, http://ezgif.com/ gives you much more control over your animation and is pretty simple to use too.
On a side note, as the 16×16 animated gifs are tiny and end up fuzzy when enlarged I do the following to create a nice sharp GIF: Using macros in photoshop convert the images to an indexed colour palette then enlarge them to 128×128 and save each one. You then create the gif using these large images. If anyone has an easier way to enlarge the 16×16 images without pixelating them I’d be very happy to hear it 🙂
