Power supply question

Hello, I am building my own Game Frame. The original game frame uses a (5V 3.6A) power supply.
Is that enough for a 16×16 WS2812B panel?

I thought 5 volts (0.06 A x 256 LED’s = 15.36 A).

WS2812B use variable power depending on color and brightness values. For instance, 256 of them would use 15A if displaying white at full brightness, but 1/3 that if displaying red at the full brightness, or 1/3 for white at 33% brightness.

If you look at the source code, you’ll see Game Frame is capped at 22% brightness.
