One pixel not the correct colour

Hi
Got the Game Frame just before Christmas and it’s great! The only problem is that one pixel is not displaying the correct colour. The colour is the wrong shade of the colour being displayed. Is this a software issue or is there something wrong with my unit? It’s kind of annoying 🙁
