My Animation not showing up?

So I created my first animation today. 250 frames in total, named 000.bmp 001.bmp etc and its own simple INI file.

When I copied them to the SD card it never really shows it. I then experimented creating a new folder with just a SINGLE one of those frames and called it 0.bmp and that frame shows up fine.

Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? Attached is a sample frame and the INI (renamed to TXT)

filenames have to start single digit (0.bmp), then move to 2-digit (10.bmp), and then three (100.bmp).
