Black frame uneven

    My black paper frame sticks up in a few places, clearly visible from the side. Is there anything I can do about this? Is that what the nylon screw is for?

    Yes, precisely. Try replacing one of the steel screws with the nylon one. It is slightly longer and will compress the screen layers.
