    Hi Jeremy,

    I received my Game Frame this morning and have been loving playing around with it all afternoon. When I tried to load my own images to the Micro SD card, however, both my Mac and my PC were unable to read it. At best, I was able to recognize a removable disk when using a further USB card reader as an adapter, but–even then–the computer asked me to format the disk before I could use it. I’m considering starting with a fresh microSD/SD card, and I have two questions:

    1. What formatting do you use for the microSD?
    2. Is a version of the “Game” firmware available online in case I need to start fresh?

    Nevermind, figured it out. (The issue was with the Kingston adapter itself.)

    I’ve had problems with this as well. Thought it was my card reader. Will try getting hold of another adapter then. Thanks for the tip!
